Mother and Baby

Gentle support, tailored to your family.

Every baby (and parent) is different - that’s why cookie-cutter sleep hacks never quite cut it. My approach focuses on calm, consistent routines that help your little one feel secure… and give you back the evenings you thought were gone forever.

Meet your sleep consultant.

I’m Suzanne—mom of three, certified pediatric sleep consultant, and a big believer in the power of healthy sleep. With my first baby, I discovered sleep training early on, and I saw firsthand how much calmer and more connected our days, and quiet our nights, became.

As I continued my journey, I earned my certification in pediatric sleep consulting so I could help other families experience these same positive changes. I understand how overwhelming and exhausting those sleepless nights can be!

My passion is empowering parents with evidence-based strategies, compassionate support, and the reassurance that restful nights are possible. I’m here to guide you every step of the way, so you can feel confident supporting your child’s sleep and, in turn, help your entire family thrive.

Who benefits from sleep training?

Every family deserves rest. Gentle, nurturing support helps babies settle—and parents reclaim peace of mind.

It’s especially helpful if you’re:

  • Spending hours soothing at bedtime.

  • Juggling long days with broken nights.

  • Craving calmer routines and more joyful mornings.

Support that meets you where you are.

Whether you want a step-by-step plan, coaching with cheerleading, or ongoing “please tell me this is normal” reassurance - I’ve got you.

Each package is built to bring clarity, calm, and more sleep (yes, it’s possible).
